Roles & Responsibilities - A customer care executive should have Excellent communication and presentation skills in call centre.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- A professional approach in answering calls and provides information about products and services.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call centre “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Telecaller / Telecalling experience is preffered.
Skills and competencies required - Person should have expertise in English speaking.
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- College degree preferred.
