Incumbent will be responsible for,
  • Handling blended process (inbound and outbound process) to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.
  • Book orders as per the defined format by capturing all required details and make proper record of the same.
  • Satisfy customer by giving best solution to the query or request raised by them.
  • Preference will be given to female candidates with good communication and customer handling skills. 
  • Can learn CRM at fast pace and should be proactive in learning new prospects.
