Job Summary

UK Outbound Sales Campaign - Telesales Job. ( International B2B Campaign )
International Process (Bpo/Kpo)
Senior Customer Service Executive Profile
The Job will be to help the clients company acquire new customers and sell additional products or services new customers across the UK by calling UK Business Customers.

Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:

The candidate is required to make outbound calls to UK Business customers and generate leads through cold calling and eventually sell our services.
The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.
The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.

Duties Includes :

Cold Calling
Identifying new sales leads Pitching products and/or services
Lead Generation
Maintaining fruitful relationships with New and existing customers
B2B Process
Emailing
Follow Ups
Tele-Sales

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

Experience Required - Minimum 2 years experience required in Outbound Process of International Inbound Process.
Skills for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive: - Candidate with excellent customer service skills would be preferred and previous telesales experience will be preferred.
Should be Self Motivated,Sales Oriented ,Responsible,Smart,Quick and Sharp thinker.
Agent should have the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
