Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring Fresher and Experienced candidates for Voice and Chat process for International Account.
Work location- Pan India
Salary- 26k to 29k Monthly
Job Type - Work From Home till lock-down due to COVID 19 for Jaipur candidates.
For other cities candidate will be doing Work From Home after lockdown if they have own System (PC/Laptop),Windows 10 and Broad Band Connection with the speed of minimum 5 MBPS.
Any Educational Background, should be 12th pass and 18 years old
*Any Graduate/UG Dropout *
*Good communication skills required- Written and Oral.*
*Comfortable with 24*7 Rotational Night Shifts and Rotational Offs.*

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets
Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who understand the importance of great customer service
Need strong command on convincing the customers
Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency.
Maintains composure and patience with customers
Ability handle tough situation with customer
Hit the client metrics
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Language proficiency spoken Good Communication skills
Highly motivated and target driven
Outstanding verbal, written and listening skills (English)
Understands details of several functions to provide quality service
Carefully write/type messages to ensure professional tone
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Candidate should have excellent Interpersonal skills
Must pass Operations Validation
Candidate should have all relevant documents-
Required skills:
- Good typing Speed.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
