Job Description

We are one of the most progressive International Call Centers located in Kolkata, India. It undertakes Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects in voice based process as well as provides back office support to leading Fortune 500 companies around the world & at the same time it's a Captive unit also.

The Job profile is as follows:

To handle Outbound & Inbound Calls.
Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.

Working timing 7am 3pm
Monday to Friday Working
