JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Inbound voice process -- domestic (full time job)
  
• Position-- customer care executive
  
• ROTATIONAL 9HRS SHIFT- 80% DAY/ 20% NIGHT SHIFT
  
• Experienced as well as freshers can apply
  
• One month on job training provided to freshers
  
• Age limit- 35years
  
• SALARY 12K and above PLUS INCENTIVES PERFORMANCE BASED UPTO 3K
  
• No sales and no target
  
• Job location- salt lake sector-5
  
• 5days work with rotational 2 days fixed off
  

• Receive calls from customers and resolving their queries as per the requirement.
  

• Should be flexible to work in any shift.
  
• Good communication skills required.
  
• Qualification- 12th Pass and Above (Btechs allowed only till 2016 pass outs)
  
• Should be fluent in English and Bengali.
  

• One way cab facility available for night shift
  
• 5days work with 2days rotational off.
  
• Fixed salary of Rs 12,500 Net Take Home with Huge Incentives upto 3k
  
• On time salary
  
• No sales and no target
  
• 1 month on job training for freshers with pay
  
• Reference bonus
