Responsibilities and Duties

Reach out to potential customers, explain the product and pricing
Convince them and make a sale
follow up with the customers and ensure the payment
Liaise with the service team to deliver the service to the customers

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Should be very good in English. Hindi and any one regional language is a huge plus
Should have good out of the box thinking and be good at sales
Should be good at taking initiatives and have good convincing skills

Resolving customer queries.
Handling Customer Calls/ Email / Chat
Providing the best resolution and escalating customer issues.
