Job Summary

This is the front line of the employees for Millie’s Brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

Get to know your customers. Like their favourite drink/their names/etc.

Kids and their parents are our core clientele hence being able to relate to kids is extremely helpful. Look for an opportunity to go above and beyond.

Try to resolve a customer complaint without the escalation to management. Feel free to consult your manager if you feel the need but learn to handle them yourself.

Your goal here is to build trust and rapport within a short period of time without clientele.

Work well as part of the team. Keep a strong relationship with peers and management.

Share views and thoughts to improve any processes at work.

Be a leader and provide options for upselling and look for an opportunity to make a connection and build a relationship with the customer.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

12th Passed.

Ready to work in Shifts.

Love interacting with people, energetic, friendly/approachable and able to present himself/herself.

Candidates should have good communication skills.

Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
