Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for the Position of Process advisor for voice process for our UK process.

We are hiring for Fixed shift.

Cogent Hub Pvt Ltd is an international Contact Center and running UK Process. The companies head office is located in Salt Lake Sector V.

Job Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: Up to 15000 per month (Negotiable).

Candidate must be responsible dealing international client.
Will be handling queries
Ensure that customer is satisfied with the services offered

PRE REQUESTS

Candidate must have_ excellent written and verbal communication*
Candidate must be flexible with Shift timings
