shift timing-

• day shift
• UK tech support- 12.00 pm - 9 pm (outbound voice process - b2c)

key skills-

• good English communication skills.
• must be flexible with afternoon shift.
• must be at least class 10+2 pass out
• fresher and experienced both can apply.
• graduation not mandatory.
