Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Making outgoing calls to customers regarding sells
Taking remote access of customer's computer & diagnosing the problems
Selling relevant softwares to customers
Convert the customer calls into sales

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have atleast 4 months of Tech support Experience in Outbound process
Candidates must have excellent communication skill
Candidates must have good convincing skill
