Strategic E-Sales and Services jobs - Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:- 

v  Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

v  Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

v  Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

v  Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

v  Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

v  Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

v  Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Requirements:-

v  Minimum 12th pass

v  Fresher and experience both are welcome

v  Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

v  Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

v  Exceptional attention to details.

v  Hard working

v  Good time management

v  Strong decision making skills and ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

v  Type of job: Full time

v  Salary: 8K to 12K + Incentives

v  Office timing: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:30 pm)
