Roles and Responsibilities:
· Should attend inbound/outbound calls/contact new client and provide appropriate information about our service.
· Promoting our service to international clients.
· Develop strong customer relationships with Current and Potential Clients.
· Understand the needs of the prospects and guide accordingly.
· Answer the questions and concern of new and existing clients.
Eligibility criteria:
· H.s/Graduate/post graduate can apply.
· Both Fresher’s and experienced candidate can apply.
· Candidate having fluent and Excellent English communication skill will be eligible (Both verbal and written).
· Should be flexible in working night shift.
· Should be flexible with work from office.
