Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. 

Key Responsibilities:
 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
*Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
*Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
*Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards.
 Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer queries.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
