This position is responsible for facilitating renewals as per assignment in the unit by making outbound calls to our customers. This position will collaborate and work closely with all branch sales team to ensure renewal on time. This position will be responsible for meeting the conversion targets defined for the specified contact center unit..
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- To achieve set conversion targets in line with the company budget.
- Communicate positively with the external customer to ensure excellent service experience on calls & emails ·
- Consistently monitor self to identify potential problems and seek guidance for resolution. ·
- Demonstrate skills at analyzing processes and suggesting improvements in their work area. ·
- Effectively interact with team members that have diverse backgrounds and temperaments maintaining open lines of communication within the team to help create a bonded unit. ·
