Interact with customers over various communication channels (email, phone, chat, social media)
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using our system.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Interacting with bloggers and influencers for various collaborations
Interacting with other brands and partner for associations
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer first approach
Positive attitude, team player, multitasking ability, patience
Willingness to learn and take on additional roles if required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and presentation
Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of experience will be preferred
