Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities :

• Interact with customers over various communication channels (email, phone, chat, social media)
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using our system.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Interacting with bloggers and influencers for various collaborations
• Interacting with other brands and partner for associations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer first approach

• Positive attitude, team player, multitasking ability, patience
• Willingness to learn and take on additional roles if required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and presentation
• Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of experience will be preferred
