ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Connecting the Clients through calls, and emails, also take on follow-up roles as and when required.
Generating leads for Relationship Managers /Advisors
Assessing prospects, converting the dormant clients into active by convincing them
Maintaining and submission of periodic MIS as per the requirement.
Complete query resolution in the stipulated time frame.

Desired Skill Set:

Fluency in the English language. ( Spoken and Written )
Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.
Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
Good interpersonal skills
Good Analytical Skills
