Process: Chat (70%) + voice (30%)
a) Very good communication written/ verbal.
b) Both Graduate and undergraduate can be considered.
c) Should be a nearby resident for easy commutation/reach & shift flexibility.
d) Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage
e) Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer-centric activities (as the process requires logical people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly).
f) Should have a flair for excellent customer service & its importance.
g) Candidate must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS office (Excel / Word / Power point).- Added advantage
h) Working window will be Rotational (24*7)
i) Typing speed should be 30WPM with 90% accuracy. (for Chat campaign)*
