The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling inbound calls from farmers, addressing inquiries, providing assistance in claim settlement, and facilitating registration for various schemes. The role requires effective communication skills in Hindi, along with understanding of English.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum qualification of 12th grade, with an option for graduates.
Relevant work experience in customer service, particularly in the agriculture sector, will be preferred. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3 months to 2 years of experience to contribute to a dynamic customer care team.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
