The position open ONLY for PUNE location, they will be Day and Night shifts, Traveling Accommodation will be provided or negotiated upon selection.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat on INTERNATIONAL based platforms.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 0 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Undergraduates and Graduates
• Fresher's and Experienced can apply.
• Documentation of Experience is required (for experienced candidates).
