Job Description :
Role:
·
Attending Customer call
& resolving Customer query through Calls, Chat & emails
Handling query regarding Flight Bookings, Railway Bookings, Travel plans.
· Guide customer with step-by-step ticket booking process.
· Prioritize and schedule queries/complaints Escalate complaints (when required) to the appropriate team/personnel.
· Learn and champion the company processes in order to provide seamless ticket booking experience to customers.
· Co-ordinate with the company vendors to make sure that company requirements are being fulfilled on time.
· Generate and share daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Skill Set Requirement:
· Fluent English and Hindi language skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
· Good command on English written communication.
· Experience from Call centre / BPO will be preferred
