Customer Care Executive
We’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our company and lead the customer service team to greater heights. You’ll supervise approximately 10 full-time employees who are in contact with our customers (both businesses and individuals) in person and via email, phone, live chat, and other methods.
Responsibilities:-
Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
Team management experience:-
Coaching and communication skills
Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a contact center environment as a Team Manager Experience in customer services
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
Energetic and motivating individual
Creative thinking.
Location: Surat
Working Days- Monday to Saturday
