Roles & responsibilities:
1. Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
2. Respond to customer inquiries
3. Research required information using available resources
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints
5. Provide customers with product and service information
6. Input customer information on CRM system correctly
7. Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Lead
8. Follow up customer calls where necessary
9. Complete call logs. Desired candidate profile:
1. Graduate with excellent English comminuication skills-both verbal and written
2. 1 year experience in an international voice process would be an added advantage
3. Immediate joinees preferred
