Job Description:
Ø Answer telephone calls and handle customer inquiries in line with operating guidelines and standard of operating procedures.
Ø Provide customers with the required
information and ensure accuracy of the information given.
Ø Enter new customer information into system
Ø Process request and coordinate with the
Team Leader and the Department Heads for resolution of the requests.
Ø Identify and escalate priority issues and
coordinate with the Team Leader and the Department Heads for resolution of the
complaints.
Ø Route calls to appropriate resource and follow up customer calls where necessary.
Ø Maintains operations by following policies
and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Ø Support the Team leader / Manager in
implementation of quality assurance programs to maintain standards of
quality and productivity.
Ø Freshers can apply
