Answer incoming chats or calls from Lycamobile customers, responding to their queries in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to product scripting in all customer communications. To attend and respond to customer chat or emails and written request when required. Fault resolution and raising tickets to the respective departments. Manage and maintain product related data bases in line with process KPIs. Ensure quality of data capture from customers. Support all other departments with any other specific business tasks. Flexibility to shift pattern is must.
