Help Employees in resolving their concerns.
Close loop on the concerns / requests raised by the employee
Coordinate with Employee / Partner / Inter department to resolve / fulfill employee requirement
Maintain records of all the walk ins on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis
Provide timely feedback / suggestion for improvement of the process / operations / product
Maintain quality / efficiency as per defined standards
Follow Internal policy / guidelines of the corporate client
