Job Description: The company a leading Financial Organization in the country has developed a Single Window KYC Process. So customer support is for entities while getting registered and post registration for queries related to operations. It's basically an inbound voice and inbound email process. Maximum time window is from 8 am to 8 pm but duty hours are 8 and a half. Sundays are holidays.As a gesture if work less then you would get 2 Saturdays also off.
