The position require the expertise to deal with customers and build relationship.
To remain as basic point of contact for customers for queries, feedback, requests etc
Dedicated to provide excellent customer service at all times and respond to customers’ enquiries and concerns (emails, phone and fax)
Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues when appropriate
Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible
Proper recording and scrutiny of complaints received
Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers
