Responsibilities and Duties
Handle customer queries / complaints.
Resolve queries via calls, emails and chat.
Attend escalation calls related to customer queries (like returns, pick up, delivery etc.)
Incoming, Outgoing, Domestic, International, Voice, on-Voice Support.
Delivery focused with strong problem solving and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ensure timely and professional responses to all the queries, requests & complaints received enabling satisfaction of the customer. Proven ability to communicate through oral written forms.
Key Skills
Need excellent communication skills, customer handling experience, Computer literate, Windows Operating Systems and internet applications
Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate.
Must have experience in inbound and outbound process.
Ecommerce experience is must.
