Responsibilities and Duties:- • Email/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems • Support customers across Financial Services.
