· Good MS Office & keyboard skills – needs to be able to toggle between screens with speed and type with speed and accuracy.
· Knowledge and awareness about how to find information on the web will be helpful.
· Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
· Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.
