Take care ofincoming phone calls and customer complaint mails around the products and handle the first level problem solving over the phones/mails.
Must handle customer review and respond effectively and efficiently across various portals who gives us access to respond to the customers directly.
Competent in workingwith cross functional domains (Warehouse-Finance-Logistics)to get the reverse pick up done from the customer end and then with the warehouse team to ensure the product returns within the TAT
Work closely with service team to understand intimate the customer about the issues
Generate weekly monthlyreports and suggest action based onthat
Will be measured on the positive reviews generated online post solving consumer queries. Maintain track of the reviews
