Roles/Responsibilities

Receive calls/orders through phone and create requests through portal

plan and assign workforc to requests

Coordinate with workforce for client location ,on time arrival,start and stop actions.

Follow up with workforce and customer for collection of payment

Required Experience,Skills and Qualifications

Should be flexible to work in shifts

should be able to fluently speak English,Hindi and Telugu

Should have knowledge of online browsing ,email and productivity suites(Word,Excel etc..)

Earlier exposure to Logistics/Transportation will be preferred

Qualification :Btech/Bsc
