20,000 - 30,000 Per Month 1) Hand holding the client in placing the orders on the online portal
2) Tracking Customer sales and doing activities of touching base regularly to ensure repeat business.
3) Population of MIS, reporting and creating monthly invoices for Pro Customers & sending the same through courier.
3) Following up with the clients for new orders & payments on a weekly basis.
4) Following up with internal team for issues(if any) in the order & finding a quick solution for the same.
5) Following up with customers on a fortnightly basis for feedback on product quality & services.
6) Assisting Sales Team to help them get more insight knowledge regarding new process & production timelines if they have any queries regarding the same.
