2) Handling End to End All escalated in-store customer queries/complaints raised on Spykar.com or by Stores or ASM's, etc
3) Diverting all department-specific information/complaints/queries raised on Spykar.com
4) Interacting with partners etc for resolving customer order's related queries
5) Tracking & Maintaining all the customer complaints record for analysing & improvising customer service & product quality.
6) Customer refunds for order cancellations & Returns
