  • To resolve queries of institutions and investors regarding CKYC processes and application – to handle queries both on emails and calls within stipulated TAT.
  • To follow-up with institutions to make necessary amendments to records.
  • To enter the details of every interaction in the system
  • To liaise with Business and IT support teams to ensure queries are resolved or are appropriately escalated.
