As a Customer Care Executive, you are responsible for our customer's experience with our brand. You will be the point of contact, as well as the medium through which we build relationships with our awesome customers. Your responsibilities will be the following:
· Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with the Hello Green brand, and its offerings.
· Providing friendly advice on purchasing products or services, and assisting customers who are facing issues.
· Taking extra care of customer dietary requests, and preparation instructions and forwarding them the relevant team.
· Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues.
