We are hiring Customer Care Executive and Sales Executive (Immediate Joiners) for our client in Gurgaon and Noida

  • International Flights Process & Hotels
  • Position Title: Customer Support Associates
  • Line of Business: International Flight & Hotels
  • Qualification:  Undergraduate, Graduate, Certification/Diploma in Travel, GDS Knowledge
  • Years of Experience:  Fresher’s and Min 6 months in Ticketing/Rescheduling/GDS Queues
  • GDS Knowledge preferably: Amadeus or Galileo
  • Preferred Industry: Travel
  • Fresher's with Diploma of GDS can also apply
Job Role
  • How to issue tickets on GDS/LCC Portal
  • Rescheduling on GDS/LCC Portal (Voluntary Re-issuance)
  • GDS Queues (Schedule Change Queries/Involuntary Re-Issuance)
  • Cancellation of tickets on GDS/Portal/API 
  • Required Skill Set
  • Good command over the English language
  • Good knowledge of system navigation
  • Customer Orientation skills
  • People Handling & Soft skills.
  • Monthly Remuneration & Variable: This is still in discussion, will share details in a day or so.
  • Training Program
  • Selected candidates will undergo 30 days of the Paid training program which is subject to successful certification.
  • JD for OYO (Non-Travel Vertical)
  • Position Title: Customer Support Associates
  • Line of Business: Outbound Sales & Lead Gen
  • Qualification:  Undergraduate, Graduate, any diploma holder
  • Years of Experience:  Fresher’s and Min 3 months to 8 months in the outbound sales process, preferably credit sales process
  • Required Skill Set
  • Good command over Hindi/ English language
  • Good sales acumen
