Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage customer/client inbound queries on live chat, calls, e-mails, and social media platforms
2. Make follow-up calls, emails, and text messages to keep track of the sales inquiries
3. Provide the customer with the quick and best solution to his/her query and keep them happy
4. Communicate with the sales team to keep track of the inquiries forwarded and keep a record of them in Excel
5. Maintain Excel sheet for every activity manage
6. Update products and services of the company on the business directories, listings, and other websites
