Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Designation – Customer Care Manager
  • Work from Home possible
  • CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints.
  • Handle the queries and concerns of the customers.
  • Creating customer reports.
  • Nature of calls are inbound.
  • Data logging to computer
Pre- Requisites:
  • Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 21-22 years of Age.
  • Graduates can apply.
  • 0- 1 Year customer service experience
  • Must have excellent (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Gujarati communication
  • No transport facilities are available.
  • Salary Range between 18500 – 25000 pm
