Hinduja Global Solutions is hiring for the designation of Customer Support Executive for India's leading Insurance and Hospitality clients.
Job Position: Customer Care officer
Compensation : Up to 2,40,000 LPA + Attractive Incentive (Basis relevant experience)
Prerequisites : PUC / Diploma / Graduation
Desired Experience : 0 to 3 Years
Necessary Skills: Excellent Communication Skills in English and Fluency in Hindi
Nature of the job :
1. Interact and resolve the queries of customers.
2. Contact existing and new customers through phone
3. Position membership (new and renewal)
4. Address issues or concerns raised by customers
5. Identify potential issues that customer may raise
6. Escalate issues where required
7. Follow up-to resolve open issues
