Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer enquiries  and answer them  through email and phone calls.
  • You Have to be responsible for targets.
  • Take ownership of the customer queries and proactively following through to resolution.

 Required skills:

  • Extremely interested in taking calls
  • Good convincing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in word, excel, PowerPoint must be required
  • Languages Known: Telugu, Hindi, and English
  • Experience Required: 0-2 years
