We are looking for a customer care for inbound process. The candidate will need to answer phone calls received on the board line and note messages, forward calls and relay messages via phone or email to company employees & carry out other administrative work when call volume is low.
Good English &communication skills
Excellent time management and organization ability, ability work independently
Good Internet skills and experience in using Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Taking messages, forwarding calls and messages via email etc. to respective staff members
Making calls as and when required
Perform various administrative tasks as requested by the client
