We are looking for a customer care for inbound process. The candidate will need to answer phone calls received on the board line and note messages, forward calls and relay messages via phone or email to company employees & carry out other administrative work when call volume is low.

12th pass,UG,Graduate Good Internet skills and experience in using Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
