Job Description:

  • To operate as a point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback’s, requests, etc. through Calls, Emails, and Chats.
  • Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests, and queries received.
  • Develop a basic understanding of all loan products and processes to be able to address customer concerns
  • Coordinate with various loan departments to ensure that the complaints or queries reach the right desk and are addressed.
  • Able to read customer’s past history in internal CRM and address the queries more effectively.
  • Research and compilation of answers for regularly received informational requests from customers
  • Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.
