  • Global Service Centres
  • Our Global Service Centres are an integral part of Global Operations. Employees based there manage day-to-day customer transactions and processes for the global businesses. This may include transactions for our retail bank such as processing loans, credit cards, insurance and mortgage applications, opening new accounts, and managing customer enquiries through contact centres and digital platforms.
  • Employees in the Global Service Centres also run and manage operations for commercial bank customers. This includes processing credit applications, facilitating payments and managing the import and export transactions that enable customers to protect and grow their businesses through international trade.
  • We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of ' D Processing , GSCs', In this role, you will:

Experience & Skills:
  • Basic banking / commercial knowledge is essential
  • Good Analytical & comprehension skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Reasonable proficiency in MS Office (Esp: MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Ability to work within large teams and be able to meet stiff deadlines
  • Self-starter and ambitious
  • Excellent communication subject knowledge of work handled earlier.
  • Displays ability to lead & drive Customer Service culture in the organization.
  • Experience in Banking Liability Operations.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver service, at agreed service levels, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills Written & Verbal
  • Possess good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to plan & organize effectively as well as adopt a flexible approach to change

Job Description
  • Provides service information by answering customer queries, offering assistance, providing resolutions related to Banking
  • Ensures best customer service and maintains at most professionalism while addressing the concerns
  • Strives to improve call quality and follows escalation matrix
  • Role also includes obtaining and verifying Customer information
  • Timely maintenance of reports and follows right escalation matrix
  • Takes responsibility in identifying issues
Other Requirements
  • Education: Any UG / Graduates (B.E / & MCA with alteast a min of 1 year of relevant exp.)
