Your Role
Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will provide front line support for clients to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services and features
Your Responsibilities- To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation in close cooperation with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center
 - Establish and strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through daily interaction and regular care visits
 - To qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within the given price band and in line with the national leeway in decision-making
 - To follow-up on and close quotations to expand the share of wallet
 - To support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems alongside the (initial) customer order
 - To ensure complete and correct customer contact data, service data and changes in KN systems
 - To document, resolve and analyze all complaints. Identify, share and eliminate root causes
 - To create, review and refine customer reports
 
Your Skills And Experiences
- Minimum graduate from a recognised university
 - Good Communication skills
 - Working Experience in Freight forwarding industry in handling sea logistics
