Job description:
  • We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage communication between Clients and Organization.
  • Our ideal candidate has exceptional professional interpersonal skills, a passion for relationship-building and delivering customer delight, a deep sense of ownership, and an entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • He or she is energized by the opportunity to collaborate across multi functional teams and to interact directly with our Coaches and Beyond 360 members. 
  • This person is naturally positive, resourceful, and curious - where others see problems, they see solutions and opportunities.
  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding company service offerings and software.
  • Answers and initiates a variety of real-time inbound and outbound voice-based communications in English language to support customer care.
  • Specialists will have at their disposal a range of tools, processes and systems to address the customer inquiries with speed and efficiency.
  • Ensures high level of customer satisfaction is obtained with each interaction.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and document customer calls
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
  • Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
  • Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input
  • Entry Level with little prior work experience
  • Education: Graduation and above
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
