Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Handling inbound queries regarding their Health Appointment.
  • Interacting with the clients on the basis of their query over the calls. 
  • The candidate should able to work fast on the computer.
  • Candidate has the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Taking care for all inbound calls.  
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products & services.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • The candidate should be good in Hindi, English and should be able to manage the clients with their requirement.
  • Female Candidates only preferred for the profile.
  • Fresher can also apply.
