Responsibilities:

• Attend all incoming calls/emails
• Help customers with their queries and complaints
• Maintain detailed report for all types of queries & complaints/escalations
• Coordinate with the team to resolve all customers issues/queries
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Help the team with improving customer acquisition activities

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+2/Any bachelor's degree
• Fresher/1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly empathetic and always willing to help the Nua team
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the work you do
• Willing to work in a startup environment
