Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Type: Full Time
Job Location : BANGALORE
Working Days: TUESDAY to SUNDAY, Weekly OFF on MONDAY.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Profile:

To Build & maintain strong relationship with the clients
Exceptional management & problem solving skills
Ability to perform responsibilities with target-oriented mindset.
Candidate must be comfortable in telephonic calls & online communication/chat and converting leads into prospective Clients.
Systematic and timely follow up with prospective Clients to generate sales.
Associating with the sales team, educating and filtering the prospects and guiding them periodically.
Writing Business proposal mails and quotation
To generate and submit monthly review reports to the management and inform about the accomplishments, hurdles and assistance required.
Being in Service Industry, weekends are important working days, hence the candidate should be comfortable working on weekends. Weekly off will be on MONDAY.

Flexible to take up responsibilities in non working hours / extended hours if required.

Academic Qualification:

Graduates from Any Stream with 2 Years of experience may apply.
MBA / PGDM Freshers preferred. Specialization in Mass Communication / Marketing/ HR.
Good hands in Internet surfing and Social media platforms
Excellent hands in Ms Office (Excel sheets, Word, PPTs etc)
